Julia is focused on serving clients in Middlesex and Hartford counties who have a home, apartment, or office gym that is accessible to them. Online sessions are also available. All you have to do is schedule your session and Julia will be there with your customized workout plan along with lots of motivation and energy! Julia aims to make personal training just that...personal. She is here to help you with whatever your goals may be. Meet Julia, Your Personal Trainer


Hi! MY name is Julia Solecki. I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I fell in love with movement through dance and I love helping others continue to move their bodies in the ways they enjoy for longer! I am also a lover of running, weight lifting, and pilates. Outside of fitness I am an actor, singer, and dancer. I am a graduate of the Boston Conservatory at Berklee College of Music where I graduated with a BFA in musical theatre. You can catch me performing professionally around CT and MA with local theatre companies or with the Hartford based choir PRIDE 247-365! I am excited to help you reach your fitness goals whether it is injury prevention/recovery, general wellness, sports specific or anything in between!
